TheraCom’s goal is to serve patient communities and their unique needs by providing responsive, quality care with the highest level of customer service at all times.

History

Founded in 1996, TheraCom remains uniquely positioned as a provider to biotechnology and pharmaceutical manufacturers. In August of 2001, TheraCom joined the AdvancePCS family to become the manufacturer solution of the newly launched specialty product division. The TheraCom service offering gave manufacturers the unique ability to track a case from the initial reimbursement hotline inquiry, to the distribution of the product to the customer.

In March 2004, the Caremark acquisition of AdvancePCS further defined TheraCom’s niche. As Caremark’s manufacturer-facing service offering, TheraCom provides enhanced specialty services specifically designed for manufacturers who have unique and complex products entering the marketplace.

TheraCom works on behalf of the manufacturer, often under the manufacturer’s brand to deliver support services that will lead to the dispensing or distribution of the product.
